Usk & Raglan Neighbourhood Policing Team
The Usk & Raglan Neighbourhood Policing Team will be regularly patrolling the village.
A patrol strategy which divides our resource time between all 8 wards covered by the Team.
The police structure their patrols around times when we can be most effective, we decide this by analysing past incidents and calls, also by gathering information from local residents and councilors.
In order to facilitate this information gathering the police are dedicated to ensuring that Raglan Police Station will be open to visitors at certain times.
RAGLAN SURGERY DATES
A MEMBER OF THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICING TEAM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT RAGLAN POLICE STATION BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING TIMES
There may be circumstances where these surgeries may have to be cancelled, major incidents within the Division etc.
I have decided on these times and dates so that the likelihood of abstraction of the neighbourhood Officers is kept to an absolute minimum, i.e. There will be other officers patrolling the area who could be utilised first.
Should it be necessary to cancel a surgery we will make every effort to ensure residents are aware.
