RFM has three main Directors Andrew Stuffins started his career in banking, then spent 10 years in the agricultural supply industry.
Prior to starting RFM with Tony and Russell, he was Finance Manager for the clutch manufacturer LuK (Hereford) Ltd.
Tony Dudfield has worked in the agricultural supply industry for over 30 years.
Before RFM he was Sales & Marketing Manager and Machinery Manager for a large regional company.
Russell Brett worked for J I Case in the days before RFM. He was employed on Export Sales.
RFM employs more than 60 people and has an annual turnover of approx £18.5M.
