Raglan is a historic village
situated in the county of Monmouthshire, South East Wales,
United Kingdom. Llandenny, Pen-y-clawdd, Kingcoed,
Tregare and Bryngwyn are in the
Raglan Parish
with two thousand residents and six
hundred houses.
The Butchers and the
Beaufort Hotel are noted for their business awards. Raglan has
always done well in Wales in Bloom competitions.

Raglan Past and Present Booklet
Copies of Raglan Village, ‘Raglan Past and Present’ by local historian,
Cheryl Morgan are available at Raglan Post Office
for £2.50.
In addition to providing a history of Raglan Village,
the booklet includes information about local attractions,
activities and walks.
The booklet was published by the Raglan Twinning Association
and supported by many local businesses and groups
including the Raglan Local History Group.
Proceeds from sales of the booklet
will be used to fund a reprint of the book.
